Our mission is to advance the Gospel in the hearts and lives of everyone we encounter.
We’re on a mission. It’s taken us from the United States to Argentina and now to Finland. But it’s not our mission, one that we chose for ourselves or planned years ago. No. This mission is much bigger than any personal dream we could conceive or work for, as great as it might be.
Rather, our mission is to be a part of God’s mission, his global mission to see every man, woman and child experience his love and forgiveness through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This is God’s mission and we’ve made it ours, too.
We’re so honored that God would invite us (and you!) to share the Good News of this gospel around the world and in the Nordic nation of Finland.
Advancing the Gospel among university students
Finland in recent years has received worldwide attention regarding their education system. This is a nation that values learning and invests in it on all levels. So it is no wonder that the capital region of Helsinki is home to more than 80.000+ university students, many of whom are international students studying in Finland for a semester or more. Presently, there is no ministry, that we are aware of, that specifically focuses on reaching these students with the gospel. We believe the university campus is one of the most strategic mission fields in the world. That’s why we hope to develop a team that will impact the university with the gospel here in the capital region. We also want to support a growing network of other university ministries building up momentum around Finland.

Advancing the Gospel among survivors of human trafficking
We have been given the unique opportunity to support a home and safe house in Finland that treats women rescued from the plight of human trafficking. By being present in their lives and supportive of them as they receive treatment, they encounter the tangible kindness and love of Jesus Christ.
Sonia volunteers regularly at the home, bringing the presence of Jesus into a place that has only known hurt, pain and hopelessness.
Please pray for the home and all the workers involved in this outreach. Due to the sensitive nature of this ministry, we are unable to provide more details regarding this work online.

Advancing the Gospel for future generations of the church
Our world is changing. The speed at which the cultural, moral and religious landscape is shifting constantly challenges the church to present the never-changing, eternal message of the gospel in a way that brings both hope to our culture and invites our present society to place their faith in Jesus Christ.
Sadly, we as the church haven’t always done a very good job at dealing with this tension. The result being that many have left behind the Christian faith of their youth and haven’t looked back since. These struggles are real here in Finland, but we also believe that God is about to doing something fresh and powerful among His church in this Nordic land.
For this reason, we seek to advance the gospel here through church renewal and discipleship that will help pave the way for current and future generations to experience the grace and love of God through Jesus Christ.

To do this, we are supporting our local congregation and leaders to develop ministries, outreaches, discipleship and training that will help meet the current needs facing the church in Finland today.
